The QuickBooks Online connection is used only for read-only Profit and Loss reporting context in the private Born Hawaii Financial Intelligence dashboard.

What the service handles

After an authorized administrator connects a QuickBooks company, this service holds encrypted OAuth connection material and returns validated aggregate reporting context including income, account-level COGS, processing fees, shipping or fulfillment expense, advertising expense, and operating income.

What it does not retrieve or do

This version does not retrieve customer, vendor, employee, payment-card, banking, invoice, bill, transaction-line, or contact data. It has no accounting write route and cannot create, edit, pay, reconcile, void, or delete QuickBooks records.

Control and removal

An authorized administrator can disconnect the integration at any time from the Born Hawaii Financial Intelligence dashboard. This revokes the stored connection and prevents further retrieval without changing QuickBooks accounting data.
